According to Mayo.com, Functional Fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements, as it trains your muscles to work together and prepares them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports.
Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with functional fitness integrated into the exercise routine. The program is focused on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine

Functional Fitness is all about getting you prepared to whatever life brings you. From doing your daily tasks easily, being able to do challenges efficiently, having lesser chance of having illnesses, to being able to avoid injuries and so much more,” Coach Aryan explained. 
“Being functionally fit means having a better quality of life. The aesthetic effect on your body is just a bonus,” he added.
When Coach Aryan and his business partners started Sweat Stadium Fitness in January 2019, they were focused on their vision to share the power and health benefits of Functional Traning

“We don’t rely on machines. Our body is our machine. We do combinations of Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, cardio and more,” he shared.

At Sweat Stadium Fitness, you can get a daily dose of self-love and body-lovin’ with the team’s different and unique workout programs every single day prepared specifically by the professionals, meant to throw off your body for maximum effect. “Daily workouts or we call it WOD (workout of the day) are programmed differently for better results, and for overall improvement in different physical skills. Other workouts wherein you just do what you like may result to you missing out on other important physical skills.
