BGC, Philippines — Selena Gomez definitely knows how to give the Hollywood glitterati a show with her red carpet look for the Golden Globe Awards 2024 held at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on January 7, LA time (January 8, Manila time).
Selena stunned in a custom ruby-red silk gown by Giorgio Armani Privé, as styled by Erin Walsh. The dress featured cut-out details with three black crystals in flower patterns at the upper part of the dress, and asymmetrical skirt.
The singer-actress has received her first-ever Golden Globe nomination, as she was included in the Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Musical category for her performance in the TV series “Only Murders in the Building” on Hulu. The show, which she stars in and executive produces, follows the story of three characters who are into true crime podcasts suddenly finding themselves getting clues about a murder that happened in their own building.
The Rare Beauty cosmetics founder looked gorgeous in her glam of choice for the event, opting for a high bun for her hairstyle. Her beauty look also showcased pink eyeshadows and light nude lip, as glammed up by makeup artist Melissa Murdick.
The “Single Soon” singer completed the look with jewelry pieces from Bulgari, and scarlet pumps from Christian Louboutin.
